Scholarships
EdChoice scholarships-
This scholarship is available through the Ohio Department of Education for grades K-8. The full scholarship award for the 2025-2026 school year is $6,166 for grades K–8. Any family who is at or below the 450% Federal Poverty Level (FPL) is eligible to apply for the full scholarship amount. Any family that has a FPL over 450% is eligible for for a prorated scholarship amount. We recommend that all families apply. We are anticipating the award amounts to be very similar for the 2026-2027 school year.
The application window for the 2026-2027 school year opens on February 1, 2026. Please be sure to apply early as Ed Choice applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend applying for this ASAP to ensure that your scholarship comes in before tuition billing starts in the fall. We request that all families complete their Ed Choice scholarship applications by the last day of school. Awards are announced in early to mid-July and will be credited off of your tuition invoices before the first payment is due. Any family who doesn't apply for the scholarship on-time will be responsible for paying their tuition invoices in August and will receive any applicable refunds once the Ed Choice scholarship has been awarded.

Catholic Education Foundation Scholarship (CEF)-
This scholarship is offered through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati for Preschool through 8th grade. This is the only scholarship that Preschool families can apply for. All families under 750% FPL are encouraged to apply for this scholarship to help cover additional tuition costs that exceed the EdChoice Scholarship awards. The application is completed on FACTS. The deadline to apply for the 2026-2027 school year is February 28, 2026 (Firm).
