Scholarships
EdChoice scholarships-This scholarship is available through the Ohio Department of Education for grades K-8. The full scholarship awards for the 2024-2025 school year were $6,166 for grades K–8. Any family who is at or below the 450% Federal Poverty Level (FPL) is eligible to apply for the full scholarship amount. Any family that has a FPL over 450% is eligible for for a prorated scholarship amount. We recommend that all families apply.
The application window for the 2025-2026 school year opens on February 1, 2025. Please be sure to apply early as Ed Choice applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis.

First time applicants and those applying for low income status will need to update their income on the EdChoice Income Verification Site.
Catholic Education Foundation Scholarship (CEF)-This scholarship is offered through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati for Preschool through 8th grade. This is the only scholarship that Preschool families can apply for. All families under 750% FPL are encouraged to apply for this scholarship to help cover additional tuition costs that exceed the EdChoice Scholarship awards. The application is completed on FACTS. The deadline to apply for the 2025-2026 school year is February 15, 2025.

Stella Maris Parish Scholarship-
Parishioner Scholarships are reserved for active parishioners of St. Bernadette, St. Thomas More, St. Mary, or St. Peter Parishes who:
● Attend Sunday Mass regularly.
● Participate in the sacramental life of the church and raise children in the faith with Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, and other sacraments.
● Perform acts of service and stewardship for the life of the parish and/or school giving time, talent, and treasure.
Acts of Service to the Parish/School include but are not limited to:
●Teaching religious education classes
● Coaching athletic teams
● Chairing a booth at the Festival
● Leading events or programs for spiritual growth
● Volunteering at the school on a regular basis
● Leading a scout troop
● Serving on a parish committee or Parish Council
● Serving on a committee for the school, PTO, Athletic Boosters, Safety, Education Committee, Advisory Board, etc.
The deadline to apply for this scholarship is June 1, 2025.
